Client Case Study - Global Consumer Goods Company

The client, operating in a highly litigious environment, needed to ensure that they have consistent Records & Information Management capabilities in all of their supply-side operations. This would involve operating groups in US, Brazil, South Africa, Malaysia, and Europe. The Legal Department assigned an Associate General Counsel to act as the primary project lead. The project was comprised of a current state assessment, roadmap development and then support for the implementation. The implementation activities included the development of Policies, establishment of a holistic Records Retention Schedule that captured the multi-national operating requirements, supporting the establishment of a technical MS Sharepoint based solution for managing records and training for the local records management leads.
